The Dolce & Gabbana show just ended minutes ago with a lot of bull-provoking reds. The show was in typical D&G fashion, European inspired, has a lot of red flowers and actually a lot of red everything.
Now I usually enjoy their fashion shows as they always exude culture but this time I felt it was a little bit over-the-top downgraded. I couldn't find an entertaining aspect in the whole show. The music was just borderline annoying and felt like I was at a dull touristic performance in Spain.
On the other hand, it was interesting to see the suits with the matador outfits next to each other on the runway. The contrast between the two styles and yet some similarities really showcased how fashion evolves and recycles. I also enjoyed the swarm of colorful suits that put a nice break from all the red.
Metallic is huge right now but I wouldn't be caught dead in a metallic red suit; it's just a fashion trauma.
